A new Windspot is on its way in Scotland

Sonkyo Energy is currently working with Intertek and CIEMAT to obtain the BWEA MCS Certification in U.K.

Windspot small wind turbine as it will show in Salen

This beautiful place is Salen, a small Highland village in Argyll, overlooking Salen bay to the south, at the eastern end of the Ardnamurchan peninsula.

This is where Windsearch Ltd, Windspot exclusive distributor in the U.K., will install the new 3.5 kW small wind turbine. You can see a drawing of the 12-meter mast and the turbine as it will be in a near future.

The proposal for the planning permission has just been made and we hope to have the final decision within a few weeks.

Scotland has some of the strongest and most consistent winds in Europe. Exposed rural sites or hilltops are excellent locations to install the patented and reliable technology of Windspot turbines. Windspot is the most effective mean to generate your own energy. Easy to install and maintain, it will generate sizable amounts of electricity.

Sonkyo Energy is currently working with Intertek and CIEMAT to obtain the BWEA MCS Certification in accordance with the BWEA Small Wind Turbine Performance and Safety Standard (Issued:2008/02/29).
